Sometimes I wish I had a dog. Especially during Halloween! I see all the pet costumes out there and know my cats would murder me if I tried to put anything like that on them. With a dog, I feel like they trust you enough to deal with it. At Target there are so many pet costumes to choose from. I also see adorable Halloween cat scratchers.
It is genuinely hard to pick a favorite. All of these costumes are great! Truly what matters is the dog wearing it. Personally, I adore this Pineapple Pupper costume. Admittedly, it’s because I love the dog!
This Pastel Rainbow Dog and Cat costume is not only precious, but also has a purpose. If you weren’t sure how to incorporate your best friend into your costume as a unicorn this year, just dress them up like a rainbow! It is the perfect pairing!
Again, this is the perfect dog model. This pug is a little too happy to be Frankenstein’s monster! The Frankenpup costume is a classic. Instead of bolts in his neck, a bone sticks out. I believe there is a shoulder pad on its shoulders to make your dog look a bit more frightening! The hair is hilarious.
Now, here’s a theme I haven’t seen in a long time. Freaky future robots? Jetsons gone evil? Or just plain old Jetsons? I like the idea of going as a robot or puppy astronaut. The cat looks like he is being tortured!
I couldn’t help but showcase the lobster costume for cats and dogs! My sister has talked about going as a mermaid for Halloween. I figure this costume would be great for her dogs.
As much as I enjoy teasing my cats, I also want them to enjoy themselves during Halloween. It is tough enough when the doorbell goes off! We can ease their stress with a cat scratcher. The Haunted House cat scratcher goes with any Halloween theme. I love the orange and black colors being used!
I immediately fell in love with this Witch House cat scratcher. I enjoy the sinister landscape surrounding the house. The cats can pass through it so they don’t feel claustrophobic. Plus, the roof looks exactly like a witch hat!
Have you dressed your pets up for Halloween? What were some costumes you’ve used in the past?
